Clients Getlark requests for your account information which contains your name, business name, email address, physical address, telephone number, Mastercard and bank account information (stored with an outsider processor), and website domain. By willfully giving Getlark your information, you own and adhere to our use of such personal data.
Events/Marketing Participants Getlark may request your name, email address, physical address, and telephone number. Participating in events, surveys or subscribing to marketing material is voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose your personal data.
Site Visitors With your option, Getlark asks and may gather your name, email address, physical address, and telephone number. Additionally we gather data, for example, web server logs, IP addresses, browser information, or other data as a feature of collected information.

Domain Registrars - The domain owner’s data (WHOIS Records) for any domain name is required and controlled by the ICANN-accredited registrars and the Registry for the TLD (Top-level domain) which you wish to register. We share your data to the extent which is necessary to comply by the ICANN's guidelines, directions and policies, with principles and arrangements by the ICANN-licensed registrars we represent and the standards and approaches of the top-level domain Registry. These registrar providers are located in USA and Canada. The information is also shared with the Registry for the top-level domain which may be located in another jurisdiction. The use and disclosure of the personal information as part of the domain registration process is governed by the applicable agreements with the ICANN-accredited registrar.
Data Retention And Security #
When we no longer have a legitimate business need (e.g. termination of a customer agreement) to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it. We take all reasonable steps to protect information received from you from loss, misuse or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and/or destruction. We maintain technical, physical, and administrative safeguards to secure your information, and we use industry standard encryption for your data that is transferred over the internet.
