Events/Marketing Participants Getlark may request your name, email address, physical address, and telephone number. Participating in events, surveys or subscribing to marketing material is voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose your personal data.

Domain Registrars - The domain owner’s data (WHOIS Records) for any domain name is required and controlled by the ICANN-accredited registrars and the Registry for the TLD (Top-level domain) which you wish to register. We share your data to the extent which is necessary to comply by the ICANN's guidelines, directions and policies, with principles and arrangements by the ICANN-licensed registrars we represent and the standards and approaches of the top-level domain Registry. These registrar providers are located in USA and Canada. The information is also shared with the Registry for the top-level domain which may be located in another jurisdiction. The use and disclosure of the personal information as part of the domain registration process is governed by the applicable agreements with the ICANN-accredited registrar.
Consent - With your explicit consent or at your direction we may share and disclose information related to you that you have authorized us to with third parties. We will not, however, sell, rent, share or otherwise disclose any personal identifiable information for commercial purposes in any way that is contrary to the commitments made in this Privacy Policy.
